Network services provide high-speed, high-availability and secure network environment for applications and services in the cloud.
The cloud’s internal network ensures fast connection between instances, regardless of whether they are in the same availability zone or not. Minimum data rate is not guaranteed, but typical values exceed 10 Gbps. Actual rate depends on the load type, packet size, and whether TCP segmentation offload and TCP checksum offload are enabled.
For instances, Internet access rate is in no way limited. The existing Internet links are designed to easily handle much more than any peak load, which makes it possible to pass any amount of user traffic.
However, the actual rate for a particular connection depends on the instance capacity, as well as location and performance of the server it communicates with, and the health of the Internet connection between your cloud instance and the server.
