If Elastic IP addresses were previously assigned to instances. they remain in the forward and reverse DNS zones of elastic.cloud.croc.ru. The newly assigned addresses are placed in the elastic.k2.cloud domain for the forward and reverse zones.

If you deploy a static site in a bucket, to access the site, you should specify website.k2.cloud instead of website.cloud.croc.ru.
